After nearly 8 years of building a herd of beef-master cattle we decided that we just couldn’t afford to keep them with the current state of the beef cattle market. Especially for our registered calves, it just wasn’t feasible with the costs sky rocketing. So we sold all but two beef cows that Glori had bottle raised, and we started a new adventure with highland cattle. Slowly, but surely we started a new herd of highland cattle, and Glori is more in-love with them than she ever was with her beef masters.  Now we have around 10 mama cows and continue to work on growing our herd.

 

We are excited to have calves all year around.  If you are interested in one of our calves, we begin taking deposits on them as soon as they are born.
